Damage Item received
Please contact our return team at (firstname.lastname@example.org) within three days of item received. If customer is failed to contact within three working days of item received we will consider item received in as described and in fully working condition.
Faulty Item Return Policy

Except for any item listed non-returnable or non-refundable we accept the returns of all faulty items if claim submitted within Thirty days of item purchased. We can arrange replacement or refund whichever customer agrees to. The customer must make sure returned item should be sent in secure packaging because if item broke or lost during transit it may cancelled your claim for refund or replacement. International buyers are responsible for any custom duty or fee incurred for return.
Please be notified Leakage issue can be resolved by changing the old or faulty coil or by replacing rubber seals. It could be due to type of liquid you use so we recommend high VG liquid with thick density. We request you do not start a return just for leakage issue because it can be resolved by minor troubleshoot so please message us before starting return process. Thank you
Non-returnable or Non-refunded items
We occasionally offer many of the products at clearance price and all such products are listed non-returnable and non-refundable. When you purchase any such product you are agreeing our non-return and non-refund policy and we will not accept any claim for such product.
Change of Mind Return Policy

If you receive an item and changed your mind and wish to return it, we will accept your return provided the customer return the item in brand new condition and contact within five working days of item received. We reserve the right to cancel any return request if contacted after five working days of item received. In such case customer is liable for return shipping cost and provide proof of delivery of returned item. Please insure your returned item with courier because if item does not receive we will not process refund or offer replacement. If customer wish to receive refund for returned item, we will deduct shipping cost plus 5% admin and handling cost. International buyers are also responsible for any custom duty or fee incurred for return.

If a customer receives incorrect item we must receive such item before shipping the correct item to customer. We will accept refund or replacement whichever customer wish to proceed with.
