Free Domestic UK Shipping on all orders above 40£

We offer free shipping on domestic orders over 40£ spending, after any coupon or discount is applied. You must select the free shipping option in the checkout when your total jumps to 50£ or over.

Order Handling Time

We aim to ship order ASAP when complete payment is received. In many cases we ship order same day received before 12pm EST Monday-Friday but handling time may vary. Order placed after 12pm on Friday and over the weekend will be processed on Monday Morning. No shipping service is available at weekend and Bank holidays.
During peak times we may not be able to fulfil our same day shipping target.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We offer multi-shipping options at checkout so Order arriving time entirely depends on shipping option selected at checkout when order is placed. Your order can take up to 7 working days, the estimated delivery times for our shipping options are as follows:
Second Class Service 2-7 business days from dispatch
First Class Service 1-5 business days from dispatch
48 Track Service 2-4 business days from dispatch
24 Track Express Service 1-3 business days from dispatch
Special Guaranteed Next day Service 1-2 days from dispatch
All shipping times are from the time order is shipped and do not include handling time.

Order Tracking:

Once order is shipped from our warehouse, the tracking number will be sent to email address you used to place the order – if you don’t find an email, please check the spam before contacting us. Order amount of over 30£ will be shipped by using fully tracked service whereas any order less than 20£ may or may not sent by using delivery confirmation only service (which does not provide track information during transit). Please do not be distressed if the delivery confirmation of your order has not updated in a few days because courier provides update only when the attempt is made to deliver the item or after delivering the item. All delivery matters should be addressed with your local post office.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address submission:

We request you to review your shipping address carefully at the time of placing your order. Providing wrong or incomplete address will cause delays. We will not re-ship the order until it is returned to our warehouse by the courier and customer is liable to pay the cost of reship the order.

How are replacement shipped?

We aim to ship replacement item as quick as possible once the solution is agreed. In many cases it will be sent out as First class service.

International Orders

It is the liability of all International customers to be aware of all customs laws and any related charges for their respective countries.
